StayOnline provides all guests of Hotels serviced by StayOnline "guest access" to a dedicated internal mail relay server.   In most cases, guests do not need to change their settings to send email. 

In the event that you have problems sending email, you may disable SMTP-Authentication in your mail client settings. If you still have problems sending email, you can change your SMTP (outbound) server to guestmail.stayonline.net.
