Customer Reporting System

The Customer Reporting System™ (CRS) is a browser-based software application designed to deliver reports to hotel managers, owner companies, management companies, and brand and chain managers.  The reports are derived from support and usage statistics accumulated from all of the LodgeNet installations and are delivered through a publicly accessible web site.  Through a secure login that protects customers from outsiders accessing their information, LodgeNet now empowers hotel managers and company representatives with knowledge of the valuable HSIS service that is now a staple in the hospitality industry.
